These times are estimates, often faster, but sometimes can be slightly slower due to the coronavirus restrictions and other natural phenomena. 

The maximum delivery time during Covid is 60 days. If you don't receive your item by then, we will issue partial or full refunds on a case by case basis.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are fulfilled, you should receive an automatic notifications at various points in the shipping process. This can take up to 72 hours to be emailed through to you, so don't expect this when you first order.

Where are you based?

We are based in the UK and have distribution centres based in China just like other well known brands. This was a strategic decision for us. Being a truly multinational brand, it allows us to provide our customers with the quality products they need at an affordable price and fast FREE delivery. We have very satisfied customers worldwide and are proud of our quality brand and the wonderful affiliations we have throughout the world. 

Delivery is fast, for example US customers delivery times are 4-8 days and European customers are 4-15 days. It is also good because we can provide lower prices without compromising on quality. Our customers also don't have to worry about import taxes either as these are all incorporated in the price of your order. 

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard delivery times stated above.
