Returns and Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us, we offer an environmentally friendly return policy. We offer FREE returns or exchanges only for items with defects that were present upon arrival. The issue must be presented to us within 14 days of receiving.
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So, just tell us what went wrong, send a long a picture using your mobile or digital camera, and we will give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
If you have no way of taking a picture, just send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you further.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We would recommend that you use a trackable postage service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
